WINTER
2004
Every year we post
this page under the "Spotlight Issue"
Yet, every year the Police Dept. ends up issuing
hundreds of tickets and towing countless cars for
violations of this ordnance.
If you know
someone who normally parks in an area that falls under
the Winter Parking Ban, please let them know where to
find these regulations. Help a neighbor out!
