The Champion Plan is a police assisted recovery program. The Champion Plan helps place individuals with substance use disorders into the level of care they want; detoxification, clinical stabilization services (CSS), outpatient, medically assisted treatment (MAT), etc. Since its inception in 2016, The Champion Plan has assisted over 1,000 individuals enter into care.

For those interested in entering the Champion Plan, help begins at the Brockton Police Department lobby, located at 7 Commercial St. The Champion Plan is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm.
