Everyone needs to be counted. Every ten years the United States completes a census of every person living in the US. It is important that everyone participates. An accurate count of the population of the City effects political, economic and social decisions. Census takers may come to your home due to missing or inaccurate information on your census form. Please assist this person to the best of your ability regardless of your citizenship status, number of occupants in the home, etc. The Census information is not shared with any other government agencies.
