Adding a Camera

What is this about?
Helping the men and women of the Brockton Police Department in their unending pursuit to keep you safe.
Who is going to be involved?

The Brockton Police Department and Mayor Robert Sullivan in conjunction with the City of Brockton are reaching out to you, the citizens and business owners of Brockton, to help us in our commitment to fight against and to eliminate crime.

How can I help?
If you currently have a surveillance system watching the outside of your home or business and it also gets a view of your street, we’d like to hear from you. What we are looking for is your name and contact information so we can reach out to you easily in the case that a crime happened in your area and your cameras recorded some information.

All information given to us will be held securely with the utmost of consideration for your privacy. Access to the information will be held exclusively to people who need to know, it will not be given out in any way to non-police individuals. Also, if officers do need to speak to you about an incident, we will contact you first and try our best to schedule a convenient time for us to meet, talk and look at what your video might have picked up.
