The programs provides a road map or a pipe line through the departments though which information can be shared between police and probation officers.

Part of the program involves Probation and Police Officers going out at night together to check on probationers in the community to verify the probationer is following the conditions of their probation.

As well, the Police Officer gets to know those in the community that may need their assistance.
